We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For orders placed by 2 p.m. on weekdays, in-stock items will typically ship the same day. For items not in stock, delivery may take a bit longer.
The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination address.
We outsource the delivery of your orders to DHL, PostNL, or UPS mail delivery services. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. However, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch with us, and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Exchanges and Returns
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. We have established a return process specifically for business customers. Below, you can read how to return an order as a business customer.
- Send an email to info@praxas.com with the information about the item you want to return and the order number.
- We will contact you promptly to discuss a suitable solution.
- If the goods are to be returned, you will receive an email confirming your return. Print the return form provided in the email and include it in the package.
- Based on the arrangements made, a replacement product will be sent, or we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
The shipping costs for exchanges or returns are your responsibility unless we have made an incorrect delivery. If the returned shipment is received damaged or incomplete, reasonable costs will be charged accordingly.
When inquiring about a return, always provide the return number. This allows us to provide prompt service.
Important: Please include a copy of the return form with the return shipment. Without this form, we may not be able to process or refund the return promptly.
