The AbsorGel Blanket is an easy-to-use and reliable product designed to absorb moisture inside containers. It features a recyclable polyethylene case with a fibre fleece top. The polyethylene film prevents moisture from escaping.
Ideal for containers loaded wall-to-wall, where the AbsorPole and AbsorGel Hanging are ineffective. The AbsorGel Blanket begins working as soon as it is removed from its packaging. It can be placed on top of the cargo or pallets with the printed side facing up. The calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the surrounding air through its breathable packaging. AbsorGel Blanket’s adhesive gel and the recyclable polyethylene plastic film on the underside ensure that absorbed moisture stays inside the product. The AbsorGel Blankets can be used with all types of cargo. They are especially effective when the cargo is tightly packed. AbsorGel Blankets are also suitable for reefer containers and trailers that lack lashing rings for hanging desiccants. The AbsorGel Blanket is equipped with adhesive pads underneath to keep it securely in place.
