Monitor the environment you live and work in with the EasyLog EL-SIE-1+. Advanced onboard software means there is nothing to install on your PC or Mac – simply connect the logger with a USB cable and use your web browser to configure the device and view, analyse and download your data. It really couldn’t be easier.

The bright and clear display shows current readings and device status at a glance, and the product is supplied with a bracket for secure wall mounting. EL-SIE-1+ uses standard AAA batteries and typical battery life is over 1 year.

The EL-SIE-1+ is a high-accuracy model version and measures temperature only. Other models which measure temperature and humidity, or temperature, humidity and pressure, are also available. Key markets include facilities and building management, logistics, warehouses and storage, and clean rooms and other pressure-sensitive environments.

Recorded data can be downloaded to your computer, or uploaded to an PraxasCloud account for secure storage and powerful analysis.

Translations of the EL-SIE-1+ datasheet can be found in the resources tab.

Why aren’t my batteries working?

If left unused for extended periods of time lithium metal batteries, including those used in the EasyLog range of data loggers, naturally form a non-conductive internal layer – a Passivation layer – preventing them from self-discharge and effectively increasing their shelf life. When first installed in the data logger, this may cause a momentary drop in the battery voltage (the Transient Minimum Voltage) as the internal layer is broken down, resulting in the data logger resetting. Inserting the batteries in the data logger and leaving it connected to a PC for about 30 seconds will remove this layer. After this, remove and re-install the batteries to reset the data logger. Overall battery life will not be affected.
