The EL-WiFi-DULT+ is a dual-channel Cloud-enabled wireless ultra-low temperature data logger, with a built-in display, designed for monitoring vaccines in cryogenic dry ice storage. The measurement range is -100 to +100°C (-148 to +212°F) using the probes supplied with the logger. The logger automatically records data and uploads it to the PraxasCloud via your normal wireless network.

The reasons your device may be having issues communicating to the cloud could be;

There is a weak signal between the device and the router
The battery is low on your device.
The router’s SSID or Password may have changed
The router has been disconnected or has been turned off
There is a signal blocking obstacle like metal or concrete walls
These reasons should be considered when initially setting up your device to have the most success when communicating with the Cloud.
