Regular temperature calibration is essential for ensuring accurate measurements and optimal performance of your equipment. It reduces the risk of faulty data, inaccurate readings and costly errors that can arise from temperature deviations.

Accurate temperature control is crucial for maintaining product quality, meeting industry standards and avoiding compliance issues. Calibration ensures that your instruments stay within required tolerances, safeguarding your operations and helping you avoid costly mistakes in industries like food production, pharmaceuticals and more.

1. Request a Calibration Quote

Start by filling out our form to request a calibration quote. One of our team members will contact you to discuss your requirements and provide a customised quote for your calibration needs.

2. Send Us Your Equipment

Once you’re happy with the quote, you’ll send your temperature data logger or other equipment to us.

3. Calibration & Checks

Your equipment will undergo a series of rigorous checks to verify its accuracy. These checks are carried out in compliance with the highest standards to ensure your instrument is operating within the required tolerances. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them to bring your equipment into calibration.

4. Receive Your Calibrated Equipment

Once the calibration is complete, we’ll send your equipment back to you along with a detailed calibration report or certificate, depending on which services you select.

We offer ISO 17025-accredited temperature calibration services. Our calibration process meets the strict requirements of industries like pharmaceuticals, healthcare and laboratories. For more information on our services check the report vs certificate section.

ISO 17025 Calibration involves taking at least 10 measurements per calibration point, comparing your equipment to an international reference standard, and calculating measurement uncertainty. You’ll receive a calibration certificate with all relevant data. Testing is typically performed at two temperatures, with additional points available on request.

We ensure that your equipment meets the highest industry standards, backed by a traceable certificate for compliance.

When calibrating your temperature equipment, it’s important to choose the right type of calibration for your industry requirements. We offer two levels of calibration services: a Standard Calibration Report and an ISO 17025 Calibration Certificate. Here’s how they compare:

Measurements Compared to Traceable Equipment – Your thermometer or sensor is tested at two standard temperatures.
Deviations Listed in a Report – The results are documented in a calibration report, showing how your equipment compares to a traceable reference.
Not ISO 17025 Accredited – This calibration is not performed under ISO 17025 but often meets sector-specific requirements.
Ideal For – General industry use, internal quality checks and non-regulated environments where full accreditation isn’t required.
